Counseling - John Paul II Academy

John Paul II Academy Counseling offers support to parents and students in the following ways:

Teach Second Step Program (focusing on interpersonal skills) in grades K-5
Teach Speak Up Be Safe (personal safety and abuse prevention) in grades K-6
Instruct classrooms on other life topics as needed
Provide and coordinate individual, group, and family services to address emotional, behavioral, and social needs
Collaborate with classroom teachers, resource teachers, and administration to best meet students’ needs for positive development
Refer families to outside resources and work with outside professionals as needed
